What Cause A Weird Feeling In Eyes?

my supervisor told me that he can be sitting down with his eyes open an after a while he fills like he feels like he had a sleep you know all refresh . he also said this happens when he is driving. but he don't remember the trip. he states that when this happens hes wide awake.

One should blink so that tear film spreads over cornea. This keeps cornea healthy, ottherwise you will have dry eye syndrome. While driving one need to blink orelse will develop dry eye. The symptom mentioned is habit disorder. This requeres counselling for correction. You can use artificial tear like refresh tear, sothat dry eye will not develop.
