What Cause A White And Hard Bump In The Inner Labia?

i just showered,and felt a bump on my right inner labia its not tender to the touch, or red. its white and hard kind of like a cyst ive had before on my face. ive been tested for stds within the last year and am negative for everything and havent been sexually active in over a year. what could this be?
