What Cause Abnormal Reaction In Half Of The Face?
Half of my face is not reacting well. When I talk or laugh, my left face is reacting and my right face doesn t. My right side feels like dead but I can feel a touch on that side. It doesn t work well. My eye on that side is constantly watering. I went to the hospital four days ago but they couldn t find out what is wrong

hai,
if a patient come to my clinic with above complaint
i suspect facial nerve defect(bell's palsy)
It will be a compression or partial or fully damage to of facial nerve because of any mass (solid tumor) in the bone near right jaw end.
Sometimes during winter because of weather the gland near the right jaw get swollen and it will lead to temporary paralysis of facial movement.
with some hot water fermentation in the swelled area will get relieve within 2-3 days.
