What Cause Black Spots And Bleeding On The Middle Of Throat?

I have tiny black spots/specks at the back of throat; they're on the tissue that hangs in the middle of throat. They go to the back roof of throat and to the left and right of center. Also, red/sore, and slightly spotted w/black spots,on both sides of throat. Hurts/some bleeding. Thanks!

Hello!
I read carefully your query.
This findings you have describe are not normal and need medical evaluation.

You may have an infection in your throat that is causing the black spots to appear. It could be either a bacterial or fungal infection.
I suggest to consult a physician (an ENT doctor) and get examined.
The doctor will do tests to see if you may have developed strep throat, tonsillitis, cancer sores, or mouth ulcers. In some cases, the black spots may signal cancer or a thyroid problem.
The doctor will be able to test for everything in his office.

Hope my answer has helped.
Take care
Dr.Rovena
