What Cause Bleeding,pain Below Belly And Pelvic Bone During 39 Weeks Pregnancy?

Hi I am 39 weeks pregnant and have been in and out of the hospital since I was about 24 weeks due to bleeding. I am no longer bleeding but it feels like i still am, and has been since last night. I am also getting these strange small pains below my belly but above my pelvic bone. What can this mean??

hi,bleeding in third trimester should nt be taken lightly.the commonest cause for the same can be low lying placenta or placenta previa or abruption which are both life threatening for both mother and baby.you should keep a strict watch on the baby kick count and see a gyanecologist asap.your pain can be due to abruption or it can also be a sign of early labour.take care and all the best.
