What Cause Burning Sensation In Urethra?

hi.i am facing burning urethra problem since last three month.the first exposure was when i had a sex using condom.after 15 minuts its start itching inside my penis. After a week i tested UTI,stone,chlymedia even i did cystoscopy, every thing was fine.still i am not feeling comfortable.please advice.thks
