What Cause Chest Discomfort?

My boyfriend is 49, has high hbp. He says he feels a slight tighten in his chest and he's tired. We took his blood pressure and it's 112/72. He weighes 176 and is about 5'4 and is in good physical health...muscular type person. Should we be concerned about a heart attack?

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In view of history of hypertension his symptoms can not be neglected. Ideally ecg and 2d echo should be done in his case. If both are normal than no need to worry for heart diseases.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks
