What Cause Clear Liquid Discharge Through The Pores On The Legs?

My aunt, 88 years old, had a stroke in December 2014. No use of right arm and leg. Being cared for now by her son at his house. Yesterday and today, there is fluid coming out of her legs. Not pus, not sores, just like water out of the pores. She has no pain, and is otherwise the same as has been for the last month. (She is verbal with only slight language problems--searches for right words). The EMT said it is the process of dying... Any other ideas? Anything to do?
