What Cause Color Blindness At The Age Of 13?

Hi we have discovered recently that my 13 year old daughter is 100% colored blind in her left eye but also can only see half out of it, hard to explain. For example if she was reading Doctor Online she can only see the word Online? What is this condition?

co lour blindness is a conginital problem may be i twas detected at his age.What you are telling his reading aline leaving few wards can be a neurological problem. child can be examined by neurologist for this problem.
