General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Hydroxyzine, alprazolam and oxycodone can all cause confusion, difficulty thinking and excess drowsiness.

If at least one of these can be reduced or eliminated, it would help reduce your symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Michelle Gibson James, General & Family Physician
