General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms you are experiencing fatigue, dizziness, headache and spots also may be caused by iron deficiency anemia. First of all, I would suggest you do a total blood count with formula and iron levels in the blood.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding can live you with empty iron deposits.
If this comes true in the blood test results you may need to take iron supplements.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
