What Cause Dizziness And Sharp Pain Behind Left Eye?

I had Vertigo back in Feb. I still get dizzy and a sharp pain behind left eye. I have had a CAT scan and MRI been to balance clinic and ENT. Now the Neurologist, he does not want to take me off work he does not feel comfortable doing that he is more worried about my job than me

You have not given report of CT SCAN and MRI. Your main complain is dizi ness and vertigo. Refraction should be done and if defective should be corrected. Rotation test to detect cochlear problem and test be con ducted to detect nerve or conduction deaf ness. Treatment after the result. tab vertin can be started
