What Cause Dizziness While Turning In The Bed?
Hello, I am 38, 5 foot 11 and about 212 lbs.....this morning and I belieive the morning before I had some dizziness in the bed when turning from side to side, I did quite a bit of yard work yesterday but the day before I just had a very stressful day at work...any thoughts?

Hi,
If this has never happened before and this was the first time this happened, it might be due to hypoglycemia. That is, decreased sugar level in your blood.
Get your blood sugar investigated to find out your diabetes status.
Also, get your Blood pressure examined as hypotension could also be a cause.
These are the two likely causes as per me.
