What Cause Ear Pain After A Head Injury?

It's been one week since I fainted and hit my head. (and about two days since my sister shut the hatch on my Subaru over my head yet again.) Yay! I'm having pain in my left ear since last night and I'm having trouble staying focused. Should I worry or am I overly worried?

Hello

The ear pain should not be of much concern if your hearing is ok but staying focused is a matter of concern and may indicate some mild injury to your brain. Please meet your doctor to rule this out and further guidance.

Thanks
