What Cause Faint Feeling And Somewhat Like Dizziness?

Hi, yesterday morning I had this faint feeling somewhat like dizziness that would come and go but not stop. It made me sleep a lot. This morning I woke up feeling this way again, hungry but had no appetite, sweating and freezing and vomiting the plum I ate. No diarrhea.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the vertigo, the causes being the gastric irritation, hypertension, diabetis, infection of the internal ear, or ischemia of the brain.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms, omeprazole, domperidone, and cinnerzine till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
