What Cause Fatigue,nausea And Knee Pain After Delivery?

I had a baby 14 weeks ago. I got my first menstrual period 8 weeks post baby. I have been bleeding everyday since. I have had significant weight gain and I m not eating barely anything, extreme fatigue, knee pain and feeling generally unwell and nauseated.
