What Cause Fullness Sensation In Ear With Pulsation?
Hi! I have had fullness sensation in my right ear for a few months with recent intermittent pulsation sound when it is silent... 2 days ago I noticed a small bump on my mastoid process... It is slightly moveable & painless... Should I see my doctor or wait it out?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have fullness sensation in ear with pulsation which could be due to number of reasons like Eustachian tube dysfunction, ear infection, ear wax accumulation and increase in blood pressure. It seems to be a localized increase in blood pressure due to which you are experiencing pulsating sensation . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist again for proper diagnosis and treatment . Discuss the localized increase in blood pressure with doctor due to dysfunction of some small vessel . For now take proper rest and drink green tea two times a day. Doctor may prescribe drug like eperisone , muscle relaxant and sedatives. Maintain hygiene and avoid pricking it with sharp object.
