What Cause High BP And Nausea?

I had a pacemaker put in about 15 mths ago. Today I wake up bp 157/98, nauseated, headache, throbbing pain where my pacemaker is with some burning. I have atrial afib, sinus node dysfunction. And I am having pain in my left shoulder but don t know if that is a result from how I was laying. I am 51 years old female.

Hi welcome to HCM.
These symptoms could be secondary to pacemaker malfunction and malposition.I advice you to have a baseline EKG and a screening 2 dimensional echocardiography to assess the pacemaker position.Nausea and headache can be controlled through drugs like domperidone and voveron.Consult your cardiologist for further care.
