What Cause Horrible Pain In Penis After Erection?

Ok ever since I woke up the other day with an erection I've had this horrible pain in my penis and when I get an erection the pain gets a lot worse it's coming from the base of my penis and it feels like there's a vein or something swollen there and it won't go away please help
