Brief Answer:
This nodule within thyroid glands may be due to adenomas, or malignant tumors.
You should undergo a fine needle aspiration biopsy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM. I understand your concern.
Hypoechoeic nodule the thyroid glands with questionable calcification and not significantly increased vascularization in it, may be due to adenomas, or malignant tumors.
You should evaluate the thyroid hormone (TSH, fT3, fT4) levels, to see the overall thyroid function.
After that, you should undergo a thyroid scintigraphy to determine the degree of function of the nodule.
If the nodule has a decreased function, decreased uptake of radionuclides used in scintigraphy, it is called “cold” nodule, and a fine needle aspiration biopsy should be performed.
You should be guided by an endocrinologist.

Hope this is helpful.
