What Cause Involuntary Movement Of The Jaw?

I have developed habit of rubbing n moving my jaws unintentionaly. I am very upset and feel very embarrassed when feel being noticed in important meetings and other get togethers. Please advise an easy way out. I am an old man of about 70 years and developed this habit during about last two years.

this condition is called obsessive behaviour wherein you unintentionally and without knowing grind your teeth or move your jaw.
i think this is anxiety related issu so seek an psychiatrist opinion and seek proper help.
