What Cause Irregular Periods With Abdominal Pain And Low Back Pain?

hi, I have irregular period in d last two periods. now am experiecing mild abdominal pain, sore breast, low back pain. I had an ultra scan says bulky uterus, AP 5.7cm contains thick endometrial no cyst no fibroid and there is minimal fluid in the cul-de-sac. I had preg test urine and blood both negative.
