What Cause Light Headedness And Tiredness?
Today in the afternoon i was feeling a little light headed and tired. I took my blood pressure and it was 120/75 then i fell asleep for about 30 minutes and i woke up and my blood pressure was 106/61. Still feeling a little light headed but not really tired.
