Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Low hemoglobin means anemia and along with low Vit B12 means it is B12 deficiency anemia.
2. Vit B12 is a important part of all the cells in body. It is required at the nucleus levels. During periods of stress, growth etc, it will be extensively used up. You need to increase Vit B12 shots.
3. Also increase Vit B12 in diet through fish, eggs, lean meat and green leafy vegetables. Taking probiotics and improving gut bacteria will also improve Vit B12. Not to worry.
4. Decreased Vit B12 is not a features of blood cancer. Rather, it might be increased to two times, the normal range. You have Vit B12 deficiency anemia. Take increased supplements.
Hope it helps.
