What Cause Mild Headaches Along With Chest Pain And Difficulty In Speaking?

I need help determining why I have been feeling bad the last couple months. It has progressively gotten worse. Main symptoms: Overall weakness mild headache trouble speaking (sometimes) chest pain I literally feel like there is some poison in my body and I cannot shake this. My PCP ran blood work, chest x--ray, stress test, EKG, all with negative results, but I don t feel right.

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms are highly suggestive of functional disorders, it may be due to anxiety and depression, you can come out of this and for that control your thought, be positive, practical, confident, else antidepressant medicine would be the option remained hope this information helps.
