What Cause Multiple Lymph Nodes On The Both Side Of Neck?

The nasopharynx appear unremarkable. There is mild fullness of the right tonsillar pillar as compared to the left. No focal abnormalities appreciated. This could be further evaluated with direct visualization as clinically indicated. Hypopharynx appears unremarkable. The submandibular and parotid glands appear unremarkable bilaterally. There are multiple lymph nodes on both sides of the neck. There are prominent submandibular lymph nodes bilaterally mwasuring up to .8x1.4 cm on rhe left and .8x1.5 cm on the right. There are also mildly prominent bilateral carotid space lymph nodes. Right .9x1.8 cm left .7x1.6 cm subcentimeter posterior cervical chain lymph nodes are seen. What does it mean?

It can be non specific lymphadenitis. But u should definitely go for FNAC and USG of neck and further management ll be decided as per above reports
