What Cause Nausea After Deep Thinking?

I was feeling sick and nausea after spending more three hours on revision and writing essays. This is the second time of feeling sick after spending hours of deep thinking.I did move and walked around in between.I have never had such problem before. Worried for I consider myself a fit and healthy person---age 48.

Excess stress induced gastritis can occur and nausea can be because of that. For that Rabeprazole plus Domperidone combination drug can be prescribed for one week.
If no improvement USG abdomen scan should be done.
