What Cause No-heartbeat During 9 Month Pregnancy?

Hello Doctor, my wife was 9 months pregnant and suddenly Dr. cofirmed about no-heartbeat due to which the dead fetus / baby got delivered. and also identified she is suffering from High Sugar and Blood Pressure. Now what all will be the changes in her Body. As her lactination also started.

I really appreciate your concern and sorry to hear that, intra uterine death is some what happens due to certain underlying causes and that include incompatibility (Rh) pregnancy induced hypertension, and hyperglycemia, infection and other many reasons and that need to be found out, next time you need to be very much alert, and your wife need be kept under observation, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
