What Cause Nose Pain And Left-sided Pain In Face After Septoplasty?

I had septoplasy and sinus surgery 10 days ago. Everything went very well, and I feel great except for the left side of my face. That is the side that my deviation was affecting. Not only is my nose hurting, but now my teeth and face hurt on the left side. Please advise.

Hi.
Nice to know that you have undergone a successful surgery for the septoplasty and sinus surgery.
The pain in the nose face and teeth on the same side , they must be - is usually due to trauma to the infraorbital nerve as it crosses the roof of the maxillary sinus.
This type of pain usually settles on its own and need take no treatment .
If the pain is unbearable you can request for the medicines like Gabapentin or so.
When the medicines too do not help, your Doctor may perform neurectomy.
