What Cause Numbness In Legs?

hi...my problem is i feel numbness in my legs..and sometime i can make the numgness to grow by myself..idk how but i put them in a very big numbness.i can still fill them and when i wanna stop my body shakes and gives me a sense of pleassure.and its become a bad habbit i keep shaking everytime.
