Hi, I was diagnosed with an ulcer and Haliobacter infection, but recieved antibiotics to kill off this infection. That stopped the symptoms I had then but recently I am suffering from a pain below my rib cage, centering towards my back. Its especially noticable when I swallow when it feels like any liquid or food is moving over a lump or obstruction of some kind. My voice is croaky and sort of hoarse first thing in the morning and sometimes during the day. The lining of my throat seems irratated when I swallow as well, especially hot liquids. I also seem to be burping alot. I am a 45 year old male, non smoker with moderate alcohol consumption, fit and active.
