What Cause Pain In Ear And Jaw?

Everytime i drink something i get pain under my left ear / jaw. Its a terrible shooting pain that goes after around 10/15 seconds. After questioning my sister, she said she had the same thing when she was younger. Can you please tell me what this is before i become worried. Thank you

hello thanks for consulting at hcm,,it could be due to wisdom tooth infection if it is impacted,,it could be the referred pain to ear,,do salt water gargle thrice daily, get iopa radiograph done,,do consult a dentist for a check up and treatment,,hope it helps,,tc
