What Cause Pain In Foot After Landing On It?

Hello. I fell from about 14 foot and landed on the heel of my left foot, with all of my body weight. It was about four days ago. I went to a&e two days after to get it checked. At first it did not hurt that much, minor swelling. Nurse asked if it was tender to touch and then sent me home as it was not. Now i can barely put any weight on it what so ever, there is a constant pain, and the left side of my foot has swelled up. There is little bruising present and i can move my ankle in all directions with only minor discomfort when pointing up. Have i just badly bruised the heel of my foot or should i return to the hospital?
