What Cause Pain In Index Finger Along With White Mark On The Knuckle?

Hi, I ve got severe pain in my left hand index finger and a small white mark on the knuckle. Have put it down as gout although I ve only ever had it in my big toe before. Would this seem right? Napraxn isn t working 4 days in. Could it be arthritis? Had tests recently as have had other symptoms but no markers stood out...

Well come to HCM
This may not be gout or arthritis but could be some nonspecific joint pain and this could be well treated with the medicines given below
1) Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day
if the condition remains as it is then this need to be investigated for infection, hope this information helps, take care.
