My question is after the surgery the pain in my leg never went away and now is some what worse. Hello,

I recommend taking Pregabalin or Gabapentin for the chronic pain management. Another possible treatment option is duloxetine. These drugs can be taken for years ,and do not cause addiction or tolerance.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
