What Cause Pain In Leg Right Leg Along The Groin Region?

I have an occasional pain on my right leg along the groin region. it more like the joint between the leg and pelvis. some times I have to limp in order to walk. Nothing seems swollen but this pain is becoming increasingly constant thought not too painful in intensity. a bit worried as I never used to have it.
