My partner keeps on getting a pain at bottom of throat near collar bone, especially when he breathes in deeply. It s slightly to the left hand side and possibly worse when his heart rate is increased though he s not sure if that s true. It s not at any particular time of day/night but he does take medication for high blood pressure and cholesterol which are now normal.
It could be caused by a spasm of the chest muscles and nothing needs to be done at this time really. Moderate exercise and relaxation would be helpful. If it increases he might have to see a doctor.
