What Cause Pain On Left Breast While Sneezing?

hi, i have had pain under (in?) my left breast for the last several weeks whenever i sneeze, bend forward to pull something, try to sit up from lying down if i don't use my core, etc. it is painful upon palpation or when i move other ways. thoughts?

ggget it examined by gynecologist. it can be simple mastitis. but memography to rule out mlignant growth is to be taken. now antibiotic and analgesic is to be recomanded. watch is to be kept over pain.
