What Cause Panic Attacks After Drinking While Taking Citalopram?

hi i went for a drink Friday night i am on citalopram i had 4 pints of ale i tried to go home with a friend i was then told had a panic attack and then proceeded to vomit large about three times i got taken to hospital and they said i also had some panic attacks there while they were doing an ecg should i tell my gp
