What Cause Penis Discharge And Anus Irritation?

I have clear discharge from penis during day. White discharge in the mornings first waking up. First pee of the day burns followed by itchy sensation. Also irritated anus, feels tender to touch. Ive examined my anus with a magnified mirror and saw small traces of white/yellowish crust coming from inside ((after i have showered and cleaned the external portion well.)) No lesions or sores. I Tested negative for chlamydia and gonorrhea. I took treatment anyways for chlamydia for reassurance, 1 dose of Zithromax. symptoms still here after 2 weeks so today I took treatment for Trichomoniasis for reassurance as well. Penis discharge started 20 days ago. Anus irritation started 8 days ago. What do I do? I dont have money for urologist and i have low income health insurance that almost all docs wont accept.

your symptoms of discharge and itching sensation, and burning while passing urine with pain over anal region, require urine routine and culture testing. First of all, i advice you, not to try self-treatment. It's not safe. Get a surgeon to examine your anal region and he'll be able to advice proper treatment. your anal area needs an internal examination as well, which you can't carry out.
