What Cause Quivering In Stomach,light Headed And Blurred Vision?

I been feeling tired and yawning multiple times where I feel like I am not catching my breathe at times. Also I get this quiverness in my stomach and makes me feel light headed with blurry vision where I feel like I am going to pass out at times. Can you please tell me what you might think it is?

It is more like general problem. General health check up, hemogram, BP, may be checked. vision and and refraction may be done. Any defiance detected should be treated.
