What Cause Severe Pain And Pressure In Leg Behind The Knee?
I am 47 yo athletic female on no meds, but I am having a new pain behind my leg unilaterally in the knee region not involving the knee itself. It feels like a tendon is being aggressively stretched or pulled when I stand or walk multiple times a day and almost like a pressure emanating from there. I do not have any pain when I run but I do when i walk or stand. I run about 8-10 miles a week and cycle. There is no swelling, bruising, cracking or popping sounds. No warmth to the touch. I have no joint pain with the knees themselves. I do not think this is a PCL injury.

I really appreciate your concern, muscular spasm would be very likely condition and this can be managed with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day, have this medicine only when it extremely needed else no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
