What Cause Severe Pain In The Thighs And Hip Joints?

I m am a slow typist. A year ago I fell hard on pavement when I fell injured left knee and left hip. Lot s of pain on hip joint, and front of thigh. Went to see a orthopedics Dr. No. broken bones no meds sent to rheumatologist, all sorts of blood work, tested positive or high Rh factors. Given Cabapentin 3x day. Now pain is on my thigh. AM getting at heavier at. Dr wants me to go see pain mgmt.doctor. can you help me possible cause of so much pain can hardly walk at times. Thanks Sylvia Ellis

The pain in joint is from osteoarthritis.
You can consult a pain management doctor.
Also steroid injection of joint can help.
Also oral corticosteroids.
