What Cause Sleeplessness With Heat Sensation From Top Of Head To Body?

I have trouble sleeping like I usually watch a movie or TV show then I m waking up at 7 the next morning. But when I just go to bed with everything turned off I lie awake for hours and sometimes don t even fall asleep then I m falling asleep at like 3 in the morning and getting up at 7. Then in the last couple of months I ve been feeling a heat sensation from the top of my head down my while body even on my face and my skin feels warm to the touch. Should I go to the doctor?

Hello,

If you mean go to the doctor because you have something worrying then the answer is no, that heat sensation is not an indication of something serious, rest assured about that.

That being said if insomnia persists you should go to the doctor to discuss the need for a sleeping aid, melatonin would be a good and safe first option to try.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
