What Cause Stiffness On Legs, Ankles And Feet?

I am experiencing stiffness in my legs and ankles and feet when I get up from a sitting position or lying in bed. t is quite uncomfortable but goes after about 10 seconds of walking. I walk regularly every day and spend a lot of my time active - I work as a childminder so always on the go.
