What Cause Stomach Cramping And Pain With Vomiting?
Yes I have been in pain for the past three days my first day I had sever pain in my stomach cramping to the point I became nausea and I through up I haven t been able to really eat I through up a pinkish red and that day I had not have anything of color

It could be a gastritis secondary to severe acid reflux. As a first line management antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole can be taken for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated. An endoscopy may be required for further assessment.
