What Cause The Light Head And Thrust While Painting?
I m painting my room and for the first 20 minutes i felt perfectly fine then all of a sudden I got lightheaded I have been dinking a ton of water and ate a big lunch but im taking a brake outside now is it ok to feel tjat way? The window is wide open and I have a fan going indife the room

I have gone through your query,& understood your problem.
The fumes of the paint you are using seems to have allergic reaction,leading to dizziness/dryness of mouth which made you drink lot of water.The symptoms inspite of open window/fan running shows severe allergy.
*You are advised to keep away from fumes .
- if self painting is a must use paint with less fumes/change the brand Or use mask to avoid inhalation of fumes.
* In case there are severe reactions like breathlessness, you need doctor's advice.
