Hello,
Firstly, you should get a complete evaluation including a trans-vaginal sonogram to ensure that the pregnancy has been completely aborted and there is no evidence of any ectopic pregnancy. For the pain, your doctor may prescribe an anti-spasmodic to achieve relief, but please remember, this is not the cure. The fact that you did not see a period suggests that either the abortion may have been incomplete or you may be having some hormone imbalances subsequently. Hope this helps.
