Hi, Cough with tightening in chest with two days history more indicating towards acute exaggeration of either asthma or chronic obstructive lung disease or severe type of allergic reaction. you should go for some investigations like TLC, DLC, chest X ray PA view, culture and sensitivity test of sputum, lung function test. Some antibiotic with bronchodilator like salbutamol inhaler along with antihistaminic like levocetrizine and anti inflammatory corticosteroid inhaler can be helpful but always take these medications under supervision of any doctor.
