What Cause Tinnitus And Vertigo With Runny Nose And Sneezing?
Hi i started nearly 1 year ago with sneezing runny nose, to pain in the ear, followed by tinnitus, ear pain, face pain now i have pain above the ear and behind the ear, and burning,i also have a head tremor, any ideas, as this is geting me down, also i had dizziness and vertigo,

acute or chronic upper respiratory tract infections lead to ear pain .
in case if infection is severe and spread to middle ear or inner ear u will get dizziness.
if u have acute ear infection u will have pain
but in chronic infection ( CHRONIC SUPPURATIVE OTITIS MEDIA ) u will not have pain.
infection needs treatment with antibiotics and antihistamines
